Need an Official Docket or Record?
District Court and County Court records are kept by the Clerk of Court at Lincoln County Combined Courts. Use the statewide Record/Document Request Form for an ROA, order, judgment, ticket, probate filing, or certified copy. For an urgent date conflict, call the clerk. A Limon, Hugo, Arriba, or Genoa municipal matter should be routed to the town named on the citation because municipal clerks keep their own files.
- Scheduled docket: use the Colorado Judicial Branch Docket Search with District 23, Lincoln County, a date, and another filter
- Register of actions or filed document: submit the statewide record request or email LincolnRecordsRequest@judicial.state.co.us
- Court date: compare the notice with the docket, then call the clerk if the entries conflict
- Certified copy: select certification or exemplification on the clerk request form
- Municipal case: contact the town court or clerk named on the ticket or notice
